1.characteristic:

LU-CDP/GP is to avoid the measured medium touch directly with the isolating diaphragm of flange.

Remote transmitter is suit for the under industrial conditions:

·high temperature medium need to be isolated to the transmitter.

·Measured medium is corrosive to sensitive parts of the transmitter.

·Floating liquid or high viscosity medium.

·Measured medium becomes solid or crystal due to the environment or flow temperature changes.

·Need to strict clean the measuring head when change the measured medium.

·Measuring head need to be keep clean and sanitary.

·Measured Liquid which in seal pressure container.

3. performance index (note: test under the condition of none shift, capillary length 1.5m, filled silicon oil, 316L stainless isolating diaphragm)

·Temperature affect (remote device, capillary length 1.5m on one side):

flat type & clip loop type: error < 0.62Kpa/55℃, the error will add 0.2Kpa if the filled silicon oil capillary length add 1.5m.

screw thread type & flange type: error < 1.99Kpa/55℃, the error will add 0.2Kpa if the filled silicon oil capillary length add 1.5m.

·Over-pressure affect: ±0.25% of max. range (according to permitted over-loads for different ranges)

·Power affect: <0.005%/V of output range

·Load affect: none affect when voltage >12VDC input to the transmitter.

·Mounting position affect: may cause zero error max. 250Pa, but can be calibrated, no affection for range. No affection if transmitter main body turn relative to flange. Need to positive transfer or negative transfer if the remote flange higher or lower than the transmitter main body. Average temperature will cause synthesize affection to the process, environment temperature will affect the total volume of filled liquid.
