Differential Pressure Switch

Differential pressure switch is a mechanical switch, there is a diaphragm or bellows in the pressure chamber which divides the chamber into two chambers, one is for connecting the low pressure end and another is for connecting the high pressure end. (do not reverse the connection; otherwise, the diaphragm or bellows will be damaged), the high and low pressure cancel each other to form the differential pressure value. The differential pressure value will cause the elastic change of the mechanical pressure sensor element, when the differential pressure value reaches the set point, the differential pressure switch will outputs the switching signal. When the NO and NC contacts of the differential pressure switch are connected to the relay or PLC, it means the differential pressure switch have entered the control system.
