Differential Pressure Transmitters (Model JTD9_ _ _) can measure flow rate, pressure, and fluid levels of gases, liquids, and steam, as well as transmitting 4–20 mA DC analog signals in proportion to the measured pressure.
By means of two-way communication between Model JTD9_ _ _ and a Model CFS100 or HART® communicator, operations such as self-diagnosis, range resetting, and zero adjustment can be easily accomplished.
The wide rangeability of Differential Pressure Transmitters (Model JTD920S: 0.5 to 100 kPa = a rangeability of 1:200) allows measurement over an extremely wide range and reduces the need for measurement equipment.
Other models measure minute pressure differences as low as 0.1 kPa, or withstand pressures as high as 42 MPa.
